Your information, handled with care.

This page covers the Nolen's website (www.nolens.in) and the Nolen's Android app, which shows the same website with a few phone features added (Google sign-in, notifications, location and payments). Both use the same account and the same information.

Account details from Google sign-in (your name, email address and profile photo), the phone number and delivery addresses you enter, your cart and order history, and the payment status and payment reference numbers for your orders. If you use the contact form, the details you submit.

For Quick Order, the website or app asks for your phone's location only when you tap the button to use your current location. It is used to find the nearest Nolen's outlet and to check whether we can deliver to you. The location for a Quick Order may be saved with that order so the outlet can deliver it. We do not track your location in the background.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or bank details are entered with Razorpay and are not stored by Nolen's. We keep the payment status and transaction references needed to confirm, reconcile or refund an order.

If you allow notifications, a Firebase Cloud Messaging token for your device is stored so we can send you updates such as new sweets, outlet openings and order status. Authorised Nolen's staff can also receive operational alerts such as new Quick Orders. You can turn notifications off in the app or in your phone's settings at any time.

We use Google and Firebase (sign-in and notifications), Google Analytics (to understand how the site and app are used, such as which pages are viewed; it is not used on staff admin pages), Razorpay (payments), Cloudinary (images), and cloud hosting and database providers to run the service. We also use internal messaging tools to alert our team about orders and contact messages. We do not sell your personal information.

If you use the contact form, the details you submit are sent to Nolen's through our internal support channel so the team can respond.

We keep your account and order information while your account is active. Some order and payment records may need to be kept for accounting, tax and dispute purposes. You can ask us to delete your account and personal information at any time. See how to request account deletion.

You can choose whether to allow notifications and location in your phone or browser settings. For access to or correction of your information, use your profile and order pages or contact us.
