A few simple rules.

Orders are subject to product availability, delivery serviceability, applicable minimums and the delivery date/time rules shown during checkout.

The checkout amount shown at the time of payment is the amount used to place the order. Applicable delivery charges are calculated from the current delivery settings.

Bulk and Tiffin orders must use an available delivery date and time. The current system requires at least one day's lead time, with next-day ordering closing at 11:00 AM.

Customers cannot cancel orders online through the current cancellation endpoint. Bulk and Tiffin changes or cancellations are handled through the in-store manager process; Quick Orders cannot be cancelled through that process.

Product availability can change because Nolen's maintains live product and outlet inventory. If an item becomes unavailable, the site may prevent the order or require the order to be resolved according to the applicable workflow.

Please use the site honestly and only with information and payment methods you are authorised to use. Nolen's may limit or refuse activity that appears abusive, fraudulent or unsafe.
